WHAT TYPES OF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL AND WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES?

All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.
ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The rates charged are per room (double occupancy) and for an extra person IDR. 350,000.00 will be charged.
HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT A CHARGE?
The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged at IDR. 350,000.00 per night including breakfast and a rollaway bed.

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
All rates include breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?
We operate a 24 hour use of room policy which means that whatever time you check-in you can check-out at the same time on your date of departure. For example if you check-in at 6 a.m. you can check-out at 6 a.m. when you leave. We highly recommended advising your arrival time one day in advance to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival. The 24 hour use of room policy starts from check-in time not arrival time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?
It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 6 hours a half day’s charge will apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed at an extra charge can be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.
ARE KING-SIZED BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, they are.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
Yes, we do have non-smoking rooms available at the 1st floor.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.
Travelling With Children
IS A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes at IDR 100,000.00++ per child per hour, with min. 4 hours service
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Regrettably we do not have facilities for children.
ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?
Baby cots are available upon request.
ARE HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Yes, they are.
WHAT IS A CHILD POLICY?
A child is considered to be 12 years of age and under. A maximum of one child staying with their parents can stay free of charge.
WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in Alcove Restaurant between 6:30 a.m -11 a.m. After this time you can order breakfast to be served anywhere in the hotel with last orders at 10:30 p.m.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have one main restaurant in the hotel and food can be served at the pool bar. For more information please visit our dining section.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Vegetarian Cuisines are available upon request
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Children’s menus are available upon request
DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?
No but we provide room service until 11 p.m.
General Hotel Information
IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
Our swimming pool opening times are from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The gym is located on the second floor and is open 24 hours.
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate up to 20 cars
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS/VAN FROM/TO THE AIRPORT AND TO/FROM HOTEL?
We regret that there is no free shuttle service available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Depending on traffic we are 30 to 60 minutes from Nguranh Rai International Airport. The cost ranges from IDR. 150,000.00 – IDR. 350,000.00 for a taxi to the airport.
HOW MUCH DOES THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE COST?
The cost is IDR. 350,000.00 net per way
HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
Unfortunately there is no public transportation from airport to hotel. We suggest you to use our Hotel car for a safe and comfortable trip.
IF I TAKE THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT, WILL I BE MET BY A MEMBER OF U PAASHA SEMINYAK BALI STAFF?
We have an airport representative to meet all arriving guests and escort them to their transportation. The representative carries a U Paasha Seminyak Bali sign.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELER?
Regrettably we do not have any facilities for disabled travelers.
CAN THE HOTEL RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?
Yes our staff will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
We have an inhouse clinic at the hotel and doctor is available from 9 – 11AM and a nurse available from 9AM – 5PM. However, if the doctors needed outside duty hours, we can arrange a doctor on call to come to the hotel or we can escort you to the nearest hospital.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, please contact the front desk who will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE HOTEL?
Siloam Hospital is about 15-25 minutes away by car depending on the traffic.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
5 minutes from the hotel on foot.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN INDONESIA?
The currency in Indonesia is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN BALI?
Yes. Please contact the front desk to make the necessary arrangements.
WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN INDONESIA?
The voltage in Indonesia is 220 V.
WHAT IS THE VAT REFUND SYSTEM IN INDONESIA?
Regrettably we do not have VAT refund system in Indonesia.
IS IT SAFE TO DRINK THE TAP WATER IN INDONESIA?
It is not recommended to drink the tap water in Indonesia. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from March to May when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from June to August, when temperatures reach their highest while the “rainy season” is between September to December although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN BALI?
The dress code in Bali is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn when visiting a temple.
CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP IN THE ROOM?
Yes. The entire hotel including all rooms and public areas is equipped with complimentary wi-fi.
Shopping and Tourist Facilities
ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTERS NEAR THE HOTEL? AND, IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY?
There is one shopping center within easy reach of the hotel and it only takes 7 minutes walking distance. There are also other mall that can be visited, such as Mall Bali Galleria, Beachwalk, Lippo Mall, and Discovery Shopping Mall, all located at Kuta area.
