All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?

The rates are charged per room per night for single or double occupancy and for an extra person 1,000+++ Baht per night will be charged.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.

How many people can stay in one room?

Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged at 1,000+++ Baht per night including breakfast.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking?

For details of the group rates which are available, please contact the hotel’s Sales Department at salesth@uhotelsresorts.com

Do you have a pet policy?

We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.

Do the rates include breakfast?

All rates include breakfast.

the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

We operate a 24 hour use of room policy which means that whatever time you check-in you can check-out   at the same time on your date of departure. For example if you check-in at 6 a.m. you can check-out at 6 a.m. when you leave. We highly recommended advising your arrival time one day in advance to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival. The 24 hour use of room policy starts from check-in time not arrival time.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.

Can I have a late check-out?

It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 6 hours a half day’s charge  will apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?

We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed at an extra charge can be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?

Yes, they are available for all Seaview Rooms and subject to room availability upon your arrival date for Superior Rooms.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?

Yes, we provide a bathtub in all Superior Rooms plus a Jacuzzi in Deluxe Seaview, Deluxe Seaview Pool Access, Suite Seaview and Suite Pool Access

Is internet available at the hotel?

The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.

Travelling with children

Is a babysitting service available?

Yes. We highly recommend you reserve a babysitter at least 24 hours in advance.

What facilities are available for children?

Unfortunately we do not have facilities for children.


Where is breakfast served and at what times?

A breakfast buffet is served in Zeascape Restaurant between 6:30 a.m -11 a.m. After this time you can order breakfast to be served anywhere in the hotel with last orders at 10:30 p.m.

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?

We have two outlets; Zeascape restaurant for all day dining,and Breezes pool bar.

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?

A selection of vegetarian dishes are available in all outlets.

Is a special menu available for children?


Do you have 24-hour room service?

No but we provide room service until 10.30 p.m.


Is there a fitness centre/gym in the hotel?

Our fitness centre is next to Zensala Spa and open daily from 6.00 a.m – 20.00 p.m.

How much parking space is available at the hotel?

The car park can accommodate up to 15 - 20 cars.

Do you provide a free shuttle bus/van from/to the airport and to/from hotel?

Shuttle Bus Service will chargeable. Please contact hotel for more information tel +66 76 336 888 or email us reserve@uzenmayaphuket.com.

How long does it take to get a taxi or limousine from the airport to the hotel and approximately how much does it cost?

We are 45 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport. The cost ranges from THB 1,500 for a taxi from the airport.

How much does the hotel limousine cost?

The hotel can provide chauffeur-driven transportation, with knowledgeable English-speaking drivers.

The airport transfer cost is 1,500 Baht net per way for a maximum of 3 persons. Advance reservation is required, please contact us tel +66 76 336 888 or email us reserve@uzenmayaphuket.com.

How do I get to the hotel by public transportation?

Regrettably there is no public transportation available to the hotel.

If I take the hotel limousine from the airport, will I be met by a member of U Zenmaya Phuket staff?

We have an airport representative to meet all arriving guests and escort them to their transportation. The representative carries a U Zenmaya Phuket sign with your name on it.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled traveler?

Regrettably we do not have any special facilities and services for disabled travelers.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?

Yes, we can. Please contact Ur Host at the hotel.

Is a doctor available at the hotel?

No but we can arrange a doctor on call to come to the hotel or we can escort you to the nearest hospital. 

Can I get a massage at the hotel?

Yes, you can. Zensala Spa is open daily from 11.00 a.m. – 08.00 p.m.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel?

It is 15 minutes’ drive to Patong hospital and approximately 40 minutes drive to a major international hospital.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?

In Patong. You can join with our shuttle and the driver will drop you at Jungceylon Patong shopping mall.

What is the currency in Thailand?

The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht.

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Thailand?

Please contact Ur Host who will be happy to arrange this for you.

What is the VAT refund system in Thailand?

Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion.

Is it safe to drink tap water in Thailand?

The tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

What is the weather like at different times of the year?

As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April to May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and October.

What should I wear in Thailand?

The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

Can I connect my laptop in the room?

Yes. The entire hotel including all rooms and public areas is equipped with complimentary wi-fi.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

Are there any major shopping centres near the hotel? And, if so, where are they?

Jungceylon shopping mall in Patong is only 5-10 minutes away by car or our free shuttle bus. Also, Central Festival shopping mall is approximately 20 – 30 minutes by car (Transfer fees please recheck with Ur host).

How far is the hotel from the main shopping area?

It is around 5 - 10 minutes drive to Jungceylon, Patong or 20 – 30 minutes to Central Festival.
