After more than 3 successful years we would like to inform you that as of 15th September 2017 (midnight), Absolute Hotel Services, owners of the U Hotels & Resorts brand, have decided to cease management and branding of the hotel currently know as U Sapa Vietnam due to multiple factors. We assume Sapa Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company the owners of the property will announce their future plans for the property.

We look forward to continuing to work with you at all of our U Hotels & Resorts throughout Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, India and Europe.

The ancient church is known as stone church or the Holy Rosary church which is located in the heart of Sapa town built by the French from the early 20th century. The stone church is always a place where holds many traditional cultural activities of ethnic minorities. In the front of the church is center square which has unique cultural activities of local people on Saturday called Love market with flute, trumpet leaves, “xòe” dance… created sparkling, magical atmosphere in Sapa.

Spread over 4 kilometers length, 2 kilometers width with at least 159 stones, Muong Hoa have mysterious graphics. This place was researched by scientists of Vietnam, Russia, France, Australia, etc. On the main road leading to Muong Hoa valley, tourist will have opportunities take photos and sight Sapa’s views. This valley has terraced fields which is the most beautiful terraced fields of Sapa. Cross the suspension bridge, you will be visiting the village of weaving and dyeing cloth of the Hmong and exploring Muong Hoa valley. Exploring the magnificent Muong Hoa valley to enjoy its breathtaking landscapes, you will also paying visit to small and isolated hamlets and villages meet the Black H’mong, Zay and Red Zao at home and at work.

Nestled in a beautiful valley about one kilometer from Sapa Town, Cat Cat - the old village of ethnic groups - attracts tourists from all over the world for its distinctive customs and practices which have been lost in almost ethnic villages. Cat Cat is the most popular attraction in Sapa district, just a few minutes of walking distance from Sapa, there is no need to hire a guide but your visit will be better if you have one.

Ta Phin Village

Ta Phin is the nearest village of Red Dao’s ethnic group within the area of Sapa district. The village is surrounded by mountains and owns spectacular rice terraces, it is also a famous destination for trekking tours. Whether the tourists choose to stay overnight in the village or just visit for a day, the locals will be happy to organise a tour for them through the village. The tourists may meet locals working the field, see traditional housing, visit caves and medicine bath complex or go for a long walk through the rice paddies and mountain views. The best time to visit Ta Phin is in late afternoon when tourists can enjoy amazing view of sunset over the village and the whole surrounding areas.
