ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The rates charged are per room (double occupancy) and for an extra person THB 1,000++ will be charged.

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CHARGE?
The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of two (2) persons except Deluxe Garden and Suite categories which can accommodate a maximum of three (3) persons. Please note that the third bed will be a roll-away bed.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel grounds or in the guest rooms.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
All rates include breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF HOTEL?
We operate a 24 hour use of room policy which means that whatever time you check-in you can check-out at the same time on your date of departure. For example if you check-in at 6 a.m. you can check-out at 6 a.m. when you leave. We highly recommended advising your arrival time one day in advance to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival. The 24 hour use of room policy starts from check-in time not arrival time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLY?
It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room one night in advance.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 6 hours a half day’s chargewill apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
Our suites feature a bathtub.
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All our rooms are non-smoking. However, guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony of their room or in dedicated smoking areas within the resort.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
Complimentary wi-fi internet access is available in every room and public areas.

We consider a child to be 12 years of age and below.
WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in J’AIME restaurant on the 2nd floor of the lobby between 06:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Breakfast is whenever/wherever and is one of our unique features – it is complimentary. Please let Ur Host know your preferred time and choice of breakfast to be served daily if you do not wish to dine in the restaurant.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have 2 restaurants available in the resort.
J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain is located on the 2nd floor of the lobby. A French restaurant conceived and created by Michelin Star recipient Jean-Michel Lorain with the kitchen being run under the watchful and exacting eye of Amerigo Sesti, who has trained with Jean-Michel and some of the most renowned chefs in the world. J’AIME brings a new element to meals by combining the very best in both innovative and classic French cuisine with the comfortable and cosseting service of the shared Asian table, giving families and friends the chance to sample a number of the delightful dishes on offer.
The Library Bar is located in a dedicated quiet zone for guests to relax during the day with books and magazines. The Library serves a selection of tempting light snacks and classic international cuisine and features an inspiring choice of wines from the finest vineyards as well as innovative cocktails and beverages.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
A selection of vegetarian dishes are available in The Library Bar and upon request at J’AIME by Jean- Michel Lorain.
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
No but we can provide simple dishes upon request.
DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?
Yes, we do. You can find our menu on the TV in your room.
General Resort Information
IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE RESORT?
The swimming pool is set as the centrepiece of the resort and is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The gym is located next to the lobby and is open 24 hours.
WHAT IS THE CAR PARK CAPACITY?
The car park can accommodate up to 120 cars.
DO YOU HAVE A LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes we do. Please contact Ur Host for any assistance you may need.
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND THE HOTEL?
Unfortunately there is no free shuttle service available from the airport to the resort or vice versa.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TRAVEL BY TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel by highway and depending on the time of the day. The cost ranges from THB 350-450 for a public taxi to the airport.
HOW MUCH DOES THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE COST?
The cost is THB 1,650 per car per way (maximum 3 persons) or THB 2,300 per van per way (maximum 6 persons).
HOW CAN I GET TO THE RESORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
You can take the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link by using the SA City Line to Phetchaburi Station. Change to the MRT underground train network and take the train to Lumpini Station. Our shuttle is available from 9:00 hrs., 11:00 hrs., 14:00 hrs., 16:00 hrs. and 19:00 hrs. at Exit 1.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELLER?
Unfortunately there is no special room available for disabled travellers.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
No but we can contact a doctor on call service if you require.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Our professionally trained therapists are on standby to provide you with the ultimate in pampering and relaxation. You can choose to enjoy your spa experience either by the pool or in the privacy of your room.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL FROM THE HOTEL?
About 15 minutes depending on the time of the day to BNH hospital or Chulalongkorn Hospital (public hospital).
WHERE IS THE NEAREST BANK OR CURRENCY EXCHANGE?
ATM Machine available in front of the hotel’s main entrance and money exchange please contact our Host for assistance.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN THAILAND?
The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB).
CAN LUGGAGE BE STORED AT THE RESORT WHILE I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN THAILAND?
Yes, please contact the Concierge to arrange this.
WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN THAILAND?
The voltage in Thailand is 220 V.
WHAT IS THE VAT REFUND SYSTEM IN THAILAND?
Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April and May, when temperature reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so.
Shopping and Tourist Facilities
ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTRES NEAR THE RESORT AND IF SO WHERE ARE THEY?
Shopping facilities include Central World Plaza, Siam Paragon, Central Embassy and Terminal 21. Chatuchak ( JJ) Weekend Market is only 20 minutes away by MRT.
HOW FAR IS THE RESORT FROM THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA?
About 20 minutes by taxi depending on the time of the day.
IS THE RESORT FAR FROM THE SKY TRAIN OR UNDERGROUND TRAIN?
Our resort is located about 15 minutes walk from the MRT underground system at Lumpini Station. We provide a shuttle van service from the resort to the station available from 9:00 hrs., 11:00 hrs., 14:00 hrs., 16:00 hrs. and 19:00 hrs. at Exit 1.
DO YOU HAVE A MINI MART NEAR BY THE RESORT?
A 7-Eleven is about 5 minutes’ walk from the resort.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ACTIVITIES IN THE RESORT FOR THE GUESTS WITHOUT ANY CHARGE?
Yes we do. We provide Thai cooking class every Tuesday from 3.00 - 4.00 p.m. All activities are free of charge; however please note 2-3 days in advance booking with a minimum participation of 2 guests is required.
