Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat / Wat Yai

Located in the heart of Phitsanulok city along the Nan River, this landmark 14th-century temple is home to Phra Buddha Chinnarat, widely regarded as one of Thailand's most flawless and revered golden Buddha images. The temple complex features intricate Ayutthaya-style architecture, mother-of-pearl inlaid doors, and a central golden prang housing sacred Buddha relics.
