  • This promotion is applicable for our Beachfront Pool Villa only. 
  • There is an additional charge of THB 3,000 per night for stays on Saturdays, holidays and long weekends. 
  • No minimum stay is required. 
  • Full prepayment in advance is required and is non-refundable. Cancellations or amendments to the booking are not allowed. 
  • Rates are net and inclusive of tax and service charge. 
  • In the event of a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and the full booking amount will be charged including taxes and service charges.
