All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-making facilities and comfortable beds with duvets.
ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The rates charged are per room (double occupancy) and for an extra person 1,500++ Baht will be charged.
HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
DOES MY ROOM RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY GUARANTEE?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT A CHARGE?
The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged at 1,500 Baht per night including breakfast and a rollaway bed.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR A GROUP BOOKING?

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
All rates include breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?
We operate a 24 hour use of room policy which means that whatever time you check-in you can check-out at the same time on your date of departure. For example if you check-in at 6 a.m. you can check-out at 6 a.m. when you leave. We highly recommended advising your arrival time at least 3 days in advance to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival. The 24 hour use of room policy starts from check-in time not arrival time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?
It is sometimes possible to check-in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room 3 days in advance.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 6 hours a half day’s charge will apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We do have twin room and two bedrooms pool villa can accommodate up to 4 persons.
ARE KING-SIZED BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, they are.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
We provide a bathtub in all room types.
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All rooms are non-smoking but we provide designed smoking zones in the swimming pool area and car park.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.
Travelling With Children
IS A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Regrettably we do not have facilities for children.
ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?
Baby cots are available upon request.
ARE HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Yes, they are.
WHAT IS A CHILD POLICY?
A child is considered to be 12 years of age and under. A maximum of one child staying with their parents can stay free of charge.
WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in Papillion Restaurant between 6:30 a.m -11 a.m. After this time you can order breakfast to be served anywhere in the hotel with last orders at 10:30 p.m.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have one main restaurant and one bar in the hotel. For more information, please visit our dining section.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
A selection of vegetarian dishes are available in every outlet.
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
DO YOU HAVE 24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE?
No but we provide room service until 10.30 p.m.

IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
Our swimming pool is open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The gym is located on the beachfront and open 24 hours.
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate up to 40 cars
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS/VAN FROM/TO THE AIRPORT AND TO/FROM HOTEL?
We regret that there is no free shuttle service available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
U Pattaya is located between Jomtien and Ban Saray 2 hours’ drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The cost ranges from 3,000 - 3,500 Baht for a taxi from the airport.
HOW MUCH DOES THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE COST?
The cost is 3,500 Baht net per way (Toyota Camry) or 4,000 Baht net per way (Toyota Commuter van).
HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
From Suvarnabhumi Airport take a bus to Pattaya and from Pattaya take a taxi to U Pattaya
IF I TAKE THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT, WILL I BE MET BY A MEMBER OF U PATTAYA STAFF?
We have an airport representative to meet all arriving guests and escort them to their transportation. The representative carries a U Pattaya sign with your name on it.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELER?
Yes, we do have rooms specially equipped for disabled travelers. These rooms are available on request at no additional charge but are subject to availability.
CAN THE HOTEL RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?
Yes our staff will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
No but we can arrange a doctor on call to come to the hotel or we can escort you to the nearest hospital.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, please contact the front desk who will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE HOTEL?
A Bangkok Hospital Pattaya is 30 minutes’ drive away.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN THAILAND?
The currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht.
CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN THAILAND?
Yes. Please contact the front desk to make the necessary arrangements.
WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN THAILAND?
The voltage in Thailand is 220 V.
WHAT IS THE VAT REFUND SYSTEM IN THAILAND?
Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion.
IS IT SAFE TO DRINK THE TAP WATER IN THAILAND?
It is not recommended to drink the tap water in Thailand. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is from April to May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN THAILAND?
The dress code in Thailand is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn when visiting a temple.
CAN I CONNECT MY LAPTOP IN THE ROOM?
Yes. The entire hotel including all rooms and public areas is equipped with complimentary wi-fi.

ARE THERE ANY MAJOR SHOPPING CENTRES NEAR THE HOTEL? AND, IF SO, WHERE ARE THEY?
Central Festival Shopping Mall is 30 minutes’ drive away in Pattaya city centre.
HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA?
Pattaya city centre is 30 minutes away by car.
