Terms & Conditions
• Winners must contact the hotel within 14 days of the winner announcement to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The complimentary stay is valid for 2 persons and accommodation only, unless otherwise specified. The room type will be selected by the hotel from either Superior Breezy or Junior Suite Seaview with Lux Bliss Bath, subject to availability.
• The prize is valid for stays from 1 November 2026 – 31 March 2027, Sunday to Thursday only.
• The prize is subject to room availability at the time of reservation and blackout dates determined by the hotel.
• A minimum of 7 days’ advance booking is required and must be made directly with the hotel.
• The complimentary stay cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, discounts or special offers.
• The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or resold.
• The prize must be redeemed in full within a single stay and cannot be partially redeemed.
• Any additional expenses incurred during the stay, including food and beverage, transportation, spa treatments, activities or other personal expenses, will be the responsibility of the winner.
• A no-show or cancellation after the hotel’s specified cancellation deadline will result in forfeiture of the complimentary stay.
• U Hua Hin reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics, blackout dates or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
