The rates are per room (double occupancy), and an extra person is charged at the prevailing rates.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT A CHARGE?
The details of our cancellation policy conditions can be found in the confirmation letter we send confirming your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged at a prevailing rate per.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR A GROUP BOOKING?

DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.
DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?
We have rates with and without breakfast.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF THE HOTEL?
We operate a 24-hour use of room policy, which means that whatever time you check-in you can check out at the same time on your date of departure. For example, if you check in at 6 a.m., you can check out at 6 a.m. when you leave. We highly recommend advising your arrival time at least 3 days in advance to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival. The 24-hour use of the room policy starts from check-in time, not arrival time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLIER?
It is sometimes possible to check in early; however, this is subject to availability. To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the room 3 days in advance.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
It is possible to have a late check-out as per room availability. Please note that for late check-outs not over 3 hours is charged at a minimal rate, and not over 6 hours a half day’s charge will apply and if over 6 hours an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?
We do have a twin room.
ARE KING-SIZED BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS?
Yes, there are king and twin.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?
In this initial phase of the hotel, the rooms only offer shower cabins. 
DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?
All rooms are non-smoking.
ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box, which is available free of charge.
IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The entire hotel is set up for free wi-fi internet access in both guestrooms and public areas, and you can obtain a username and password from the front desk.
Travelling With Children
IS A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE?
No.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?
There is a playroom available at the clubhouse building.
ARE BABY COTS AVAILABLE FOR THE ROOMS?
Baby cots are available upon request.
ARE HIGHCHAIRS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
Yes, they are.
WHAT IS A CHILD POLICY?
A child is considered to be 12 years of age and under.  A maximum of one child staying with their parents can stay free of charge.

DINING

WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?
A breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant between 7:00 am and 10:30 am.  After this time, you can order breakfast to be served in your room or around the main pool, not the beach, with last orders at 10:30 p.m.
HOW MANY RESTAURANTS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT ARE THEY?
We have one main restaurant in the clubhouse building and a snack & bar kiosk at the beach front. For more information, please visit our dining section.
IS VEGETARIAN CUISINE AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANTS?
A selection of vegetarian dishes is available in every outlet.
IS A SPECIAL MENU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

GENERAL HOTEL INFORMATION

IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL IN THE HOTEL?
Our swimming pool is open from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Each Cabana building has its own pool open 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTRE/GYM IN THE HOTEL?
The gym is located outdoors and open 24 hours. Note that the Gym is not supervised
HOW MUCH PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
The car park can accommodate around 130 cars. Valet parking is also available.
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS/VAN FROM/TO THE AIRPORT AND TO/FROM HOTEL?
We regret that there is no free shuttle service available.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BY TAXI OR LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL AND APPROXIMATELY HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Al Alamein airport is 32km away from the hotel with4ominutes approximate travel time. Cairo International Airport is about 4 hours away from the hotel.
HOW MUCH DOES THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE COST?
The cost is approximately $50 net per way by limousine from or to Alamein airport.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE HOTEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?
You will need to hire a taxi.
IF I TAKE THE HOTEL LIMOUSINE FROM THE AIRPORT, WILL I BE MET BY A MEMBER OF U NORTH COAST STAFF?
We don’t currently have a representation at the airport.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR THE DISABLED TRAVELER?
Unfortunately, we don’t have rooms for the disabled travellers at this phase of the hotel; however, we will once the full hotel is open.
CAN THE HOTEL RECONFIRM MY ONGOING FLIGHT AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS?
Our staff will be pleased to connect you with a travel agent.
IS A DOCTOR AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
No, but we can arrange a doctor on call to come to the hotel, or we can escort you to the nearest medical centre.
CAN I GET A MASSAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, it is an outdoor facility located near the pool. Please contact the front desk, which will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements.
HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL TO THE HOTEL?
The nearest General Medical Clinic is open 24/7 and located 5km from the hotel. El Dabaa Specialised Medical Centre is open 24 hours and located 22km from the hotel.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN EGYPT?
The currency in Egypt is the Egyptian Pound.
CAN BAGGAGE BE STORED AT THE HOTEL WHILST I TRAVEL TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN EGYPT?
In principle, yes, provided you have a confirmed stay back in the hotel. Please contact the front desk for more information.
WHAT VOLTAGE DO YOU USE IN EGYPT?
The voltage in Egypt is 220 V.
WHAT IS THE VAT REFUND SYSTEM IN EGYPT?
Tourists are able to claim back 14% VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most department stores display a sign to this effect and will provide the necessary forms for completion. We recommend inquiring at the shop before making purchases
IS IT SAFE TO DRINK THE TAP WATER IN EGYPT?
No, it is not recommended to drink the tap water in Egypt. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR?
As a general guideline, the weather in Egypt varies from one area to the other. is warm all year round. In the North Coast, the weather is generally most pleasant from April to September when there are clear skies and sunshine.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR IN EGYPT?
The dress code in Egypt is quite flexible; however, one needs to avoid provocative or suggestive clothing. Conservative dress is recommended when visiting a religious site.

Yes. The entire hotel, including all rooms and public areas, is equipped with complimentary WIFI.

The nearest shopping destinations to the hotel are as follows:

O Mall, New Alamein – Approximately 45–50 km away (around 40–45 minutes by car). It features retail shops, a supermarket, dining options, and family entertainment.
North Square Mall, New Alamein – Approximately 50 km away (about 45 minutes by car). It is one of the main shopping and entertainment areas in New Alamein, especially during the summer season.
