Rooms and Rates

What types of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences between the different categories?

All our rooms are equipped with wireless broadband internet access, tea and coffee-machine facilities, minibar, full amenities, internet protocol TV, IDD telephone, personal electronic safe and comfortable beds with duvets.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room, with double occupancy in all room types.
How can I make a booking? 
You can book through our website or send an email to

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without incurring a cancellation charge
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservation Department or cancel in the booking system before 6pm on your arrival date. Cancellation policy applied.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. Please note that an extra bed is chargeable.
The Suite can accommodate a maximum of six (6) people. Please note that the fifth and sixth beds will be rollaway beds and an extra charge will be incurred.

Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

Do you have a pet policy?
We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

Do the rates include breakfast?
All rates are including breakfast.

What are the standard check-in and checkout times of the hotel? 
We apply a 24-hour room use policy, meaning that guests can check into their room at any time. Please note that, especially during busy periods, there may be a slight wait while your room is being prepared.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check-in earlier but this is subject to availability. However, guests can still have 24 hours use of the room.

Can I have a late checkout?
As we have a 24-hour room use policy, checkout is based on the check-in time from the previous day. Please note, for checkouts after 24 hrs., an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
 Superior, Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms are twin sharing. An extra bed may be added with an extra charge. The Suite can accommodate up to 4 (four) people.

Are King-size beds available in the rooms?
Yes, they are available in all room types.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
No, we do not have rooms with a bathtub.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking, but we provide designated smoking zones in the swimming pool area, Sae Restaurant (Outdoor) and 65 Rooftop Bar.

Are safety deposit boxes available at the hotel? 
All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.

Is internet available at the hotel?
The entire hotel area is set up for free wireless or broadband internet access. You can contact the front desk for a username and password. Both broadband and Wi-Fi internet access are available in every room.

Travelling With Children

Is a babysitting service available?
No, there is not.
What facilities are available for children?
We do not have any facilities specifically for children.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
No, they are not.

Are “high chairs” available in the restaurants?
Yes, they are.

What is your child policy?
Our child policy is for those of 12 years of age and below.


Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A breakfast buffet is served in Sae Restaurant between 6:00 - 11:00 hrs. The restaurant is located on the ground floor.

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?
We have one main restaurant in the hotel named Sae Restaurant, and another one on the 9th floor named 65 Rooftop Bar. For more information, please visit our dining section.

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurant?
A selection of vegetarian dishes are available.
Is a special menu available for children?
Yes, there is.

Do you have 24-hour room service? 
Not yet. Room service orders can be placed between 11:00 – 23:00 hrs.

General Hotel Information

Is there a swimming pool in the hotel? 
The infinity swimming pool is on the 9th floor, on the same level as our fitness center. Open from 07:00 – 19:00 hrs.

Is there a fitness center in the hotel? 
The fitness center is on the 9th floor, close to the swimming pool. Open 24 hrs.

Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, we do.

How much parking space is available at the hotel? 
The car park can accommodate up to 28 cars, but we have valet services to accommodate more vehicles.

Do you provide free shuttle vans from/to the airport to/from hotel? 
No, we don’t.

How long does it take to get a public taxi from the airport to the hotel and approximately how much does it cost? 
It takes approximately 20-35 minutes to get from the Husein Sastranegara International Airport to the hotel. The cost ranges from IDR 30.000 – 60.000 for a public taxi.

How much does a private car cost?
To/From Husein Sastranegara International Airport is priced at IDR 180.000 each way with a maximum 4 seat capacity.

Can I get to the hotel by public transportation?
The hotel’s location is not very far to Husein Sastranegara International Airport and therefore we recommend you take a taxi or a limousine.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled traveler? 
No, we don’t.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights? 
Yes, the reception staff will be pleased to reconfirm your travel arrangements.

Is a doctor available at the hotel? 
No, there isn’t.

Can I get a massage at the hotel? 
Massage services provided by external third-party providers can be arranged on request.

How far is the nearest hospital to the hotel? 
The nearest international standard hospital is 10 minutes’ drive away.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange? 
The closest bank is at the Bandung Indah Plaza, which is 3 minutes’ walk away.

What is the currency in Indonesia? 
The currency in Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Indonesia?
Please contact the Concierge to arrange this.

What voltage do you use in Indonesia? 
The voltage in Indonesia is 220 V.

Is it safe to drink tap water in Indonesia?
It is not advisable to drink the tap water in Indonesia. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.

What is the weather like at different times of the year? 
As a general guideline, the weather in Indonesia is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February, when there are clear skies and sunshine. The “hot season” is in March - May, when temperatures reach their highest. The “rainy season” is between June and September, although it does not rain every day, and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

What should I wear in Indonesia? 
The dress code in Indonesia is quite modest and so conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit religious historical sites.

Business Travelers

Can I connect my laptop in the room?
Yes, we provide Wi-Fi in all guest rooms and the entire building is also wireless enabled.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

Are there any major shopping centres near the hotel? And, if so, where are they?
There are many shopping complexes near the hotel, including Bandung Indah Plaza, which is only 3 minutes’ walk away. There are also other malls such as Paris Van Java Lifestyle Hotel, Paskal 23, Trans Studio Mall and others.

Is the hotel far from the train station?
The hotel is only 15 minutes’ drive from Bandung Train Station.
