Alcove
Alcove is a signature dining venue in Bali, and part of U Paasha’s prestigious resort facilities, operating daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The venue features a visually dramatic show kitchen as well as decor and interiors that reflect a contemporary cafe that embodies all aspects of a Mediterranean cuisine offering. The overall cuisine is overshadowed with influences of nutritious and healthy cuisine that is all part and parcel of the Bali life style.
The ‘chic approach’ to the design and décor set the mood and ambience of our Alcove restaurant in Bali, providing sense of space and intimacy. Dominant colour tones of rich Balinese fabrics for soft furnishings are used to add the twist to the concept. The show kitchen & bar will offer café style pastries and creative sandwiches.
The restaurant’s floor to ceiling window panels capture the daylight and panoramic views across the adjoining road, which can be opened for natural breeze and the overall feel of an open-air restaurant. With 80 seating adjoining the show kitchen area, the layout has been arranged and designed in a way that guests can also enjoy the views of Seminyak as well as a market atmosphere.
Serving cuisine from Mediterranean area with an emphasis on light and healthy delicacies. The menu encompasses food from North Africa to Lebanon and Greece together with the more traditional such as from France and Italy.
A comprehensive beverage, cocktail and vintage wines by the glass and bottle will also be served at the correct temperatures and poured at the table. The unique selection and quality of imported premium wines is featuring in the Wine & Tapas bar together with Champagnes at the exclusive counter bar area.
The open bar area will also provide service to the lobby lounge guests, offering highest quality coffee.
Alcove restaurant is located on the lobby level of the hotel, accessible for guests and external patrons from the hotels reception and lounge areas.

Alibi
A New York style bar, an exclusive area made up of a design intent of a traditional wine and cocktail bar combined with hip design accents and live music. The venue will serve extensive varietals of premium wines, liquors and designer cocktails. The beverage offerings will feature a large selection of imported wines and more trendy drinks like our molecular cocktails.
The creative tapas menu showcasing the best local and imported produce will be presented in a contemporary style befitting the newest night scene in Seminyak to create a truly gastronomic experience.
A line up of local and international DJ’s will combine to create a cool party scene as well as classical and jazz musicians on occasion for chill out nights.
The venue will be located on the ground floor with direct access from the street. The perfect venue in a hip and cool setting to round off the night in the Seminyak lifestyle
Alibi will operate in the evening till late.
Pool Bar
The Pool Bar at the roof top will feature a selection of snacks, innovative beverage of boosters, cleansers, energizers, tropical cocktails, designer margarita’s and daiquiri’s coupled signature selections of ‘fresh fruit sorbet tea quenchers’. The ultimate chill out venue during your stay at U Paasha Seminyak Bali with a large pool right in the centre, surrounded by a collection of lounge style day beds, large bean bags and cushions so guests can lounge around and soak up the sun during the day and view memorable Balinese sunsets by night.
