Reservations Manager

Qualification and requirements:
- Thai nationality only
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills, planner and team player.
- Be able to work independently and able to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge to correspond with customers, prepare daily reports, monitor and analyze booking trends & create reports.
- Computer literate in Comanche & MS Office especially Excel.
- At least 2 years experience in this position or assistant reservation manager and preferably must have worked in an international branded hotel.
