Begins the year with a new management contract for U Resort & Residences Lonavala
Mumbai, India (January 17, 2012) - Mark Heather, Regional Managing Director of Absolute Hotel Services India announced the first management agreement of 2012 – U Resort & Residences Lonavala.
U Resort & Residences Lonavala, under contract with Mumbai based Rhythm Realty Pvt. Ltd. will be operational by April 2014. With 84 Rooms, a 3 Meal Restaurant, a Bar Lounge and Banqueting facilities, the resort will be innovative in approach and will embrace the energy and spirit of the coveted destination with its unique surroundings.
Located on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, the resort will have on offer 34 Superior Rooms, 25 Deluxe Rooms and 25 Suites. The Guest Room designs will artfully combine distinct style and contemporary conveniences reflecting true elegance and sophistication.
Other facilities available for the Guests include a Library, a fully equipped Gym, a Spa and swimming pool. Inspiring and uncomplicated, the resort will offer U’s unique concept of service including a 24 hour room policy which will allow guests to enjoy their room for 24 hours from arrival, breakfast whenever/wherever, free Wi-Fi, international and local calls at cost, pre-selection of amenities such as pillow, tea, music and soap that guests will be able to select from the online U Choose programme and more.
