Human Resources Manager

Qualification and requirements:
- Thai national only
- The candidate should be a qualified Human Resources professional, with 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role with strong organizational skills
- Experience and exposure to all aspects of the role, including recruitment and selection of staff, training and development, policies and procedures, & knowledge of the local conditions & legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading a successful team and able to actively plan and monitor employee orientation training and succession planning
- Conduct effective internal communication and meeting structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity
- Proficiency level in PC application: MS office
