General Manager

Qualifications and requirements:
- Thai national or foreign expatriate
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in this position
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Proven track record in planning and executing strategies, service excellence and profitability in a quality driven hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal and organizational skills with proven experience in leading a successful team. Pre opening experience an advantage.
- Must be result oriented, proactive, an innovative thinker with the ability to lead with a hand on approach, motivate and improvise in all situations and be able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency skills in regard to PC applications.
- Have a highly developed sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully implement brand operating procedures, budget plans and to ensure on-going optimum guest satisfaction, driving full sales potential and profitability.
