Food & Beverage Manager

Qualification and requirements:
- Thai national only
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in this position
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of restaurant and bar operations and good overall knowledge of foods and beverage and service standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, with ability to multi-task and also be hands on.
- This position requires high-level customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
- Must have a minimum three years experience in similar position in an establishment of comparable quality.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
